1. 我们是谁
Kirin AI（金麟上将，agent-gold.com）是一家独立软件服务提供商。本政策说明我们收集哪些数据、如何使用、与谁共享，以及您的权利。使用本服务即表示您理解并同意本政策。
Kirin AI (agent-gold.com) is an independent software service provider. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the service you acknowledge this policy.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: your registration email (used as login), hashed password (plaintext never stored), optional brand/agent attribution.
Trading account data: your MT4/MT5 login number (not your master password), plus market and account snapshots reported by components running on your own terminal: balance, equity, positions, historical trades and candlestick data. These power the panel display, AI analysis and copy-trading execution.
Payment data: on-chain transaction hash, payment amount, your MT5 login number. We do not collect card data; crypto transfers are publicly visible on the blockchain.
Technical data: login sessions, device type, IP address (for security and rate-limiting), UI language preference.
Optional contact: a Telegram handle you voluntarily provide.
3. What We Do Not Collect
Your MT4/MT5 master password — no upload path exists in the architecture; all trading happens inside your own terminal and account.
Your wallet private keys or seed phrases — payments are made by you; we only read public on-chain records for verification.
4. How We Use Data
To deliver the panel display, AI analysis, copy-trading and order execution;
To produce hit-rate statistics and performance records (service improvement and marketing);
Subscription management, fraud prevention, security, and customer support.
5. Third-Party Processors
AI providers (e.g. Agnes, DeepSeek): to generate analysis, candlestick and account snapshot data is sent to these providers. We only transmit market/account summary data — never your login credentials.
Blockchain networks: public on-chain records of USDT payments (inherently public).
Infrastructure: servers located in Hong Kong and Cloudflare CDN.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser localStorage for login sessions, interface language and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
7. Data Retention
Account & license data: during the subscription plus 90 days (daily offsite backups rolling 14 days);
Trade and analysis records: retained from 30 days up to several years for performance grading and dispute review;
Payment order records: 48-hour verification window plus accounting needs.
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via Telegram support (@Kirin_Quant). Please note some data (e.g. credentials of an active subscription) is necessary to provide the service — deletion will end the corresponding service.
9. Security Measures
TLS everywhere; login passwords stored as hashes only; activation codes stored hashed (plaintext shown once at issuance); admin console protected by TOTP; the no-custody architecture minimizes the sensitive data surface.
10. Minors
The service is intended only for persons aged 18 or above.
11. Changes
Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
