1. Nature of the Service

Kirin AI (agent-gold.com, the "Platform") is an independent software service provider. Via the web panel, an EA trading assistant ("Panel Execution Leg") and a local client ("BG Client"), the Platform provides subscription-based services including AI-assisted market analysis, trade signal alerts, optional automated/semi-automated execution modules, and customer support.

Important: the Platform does not hold customer funds, does not accept deposits on your behalf, and does not open brokerage accounts for you. All trading occurs inside your own MT4/MT5 account held at your chosen third-party broker. Ownership and control of funds and positions remain with you at all times.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and confirm that using analysis tools for FX / CFDs / precious metals / crypto CFDs is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must use an MT4/MT5 account genuinely opened by yourself, and provide your true MT5/MT4 login number to the Platform.
• Safeguard your credentials. The Platform never collects your MT4/MT5 master password at any point. Losses caused by your own credential leakage are your sole responsibility.

3. Activation Codes, Subscription & Renewal

• The service is delivered via activation codes (Compute Key VH- / Full-Feature Key SLS-). The subscription period (typically 30 days) starts upon first activation and the code is bound to the MT4/MT5 login number you designate.
• Codes are non-transferable (changing the bound login requires support). Sharing, reselling, reverse-engineering the code or the service constitutes a material breach entitling the Platform to terminate immediately without refund.
• Service stops upon expiry. Renew via self-service USDT payment (agent-gold.com/pay) or contact support; a renewed code stays bound to your login.

4. Fees & Payment

• Plan pricing is as shown on the order page (denominated in USDT). Crypto payments are auto-delivered after on-chain verification; on-chain transfers are irreversible once confirmed — verify address, network and amount before sending.
• Losses from sending on the wrong network/token/address are your sole responsibility. Activated subscriptions are non-refundable and non-prorated unless the Platform expressly agrees in writing.
• Initiating a chargeback or fraudulent payment claim entitles the Platform to terminate the associated account immediately and pursue recovery.

5. No Investment Advice · No Profit Guarantee

• All content provided by the Platform (AI analysis, signals, probabilities, key levels, automation parameters) is probabilistic technical reference only and does not constitute investment advice, solicitation or any promise.
• AI analysis is based on historical data and algorithms and may be wrong. Any past performance (including hit-rate statistics shown on the Platform) is not indicative of future results.
• All trading decisions, risk configuration and final execution are made solely by you, and you bear the sole consequences.

6. Special Notice on Automated Modules

• The signal auto-copy module will open and close positions automatically inside your account according to parameters you configure. Enable it only after fully understanding its mechanics, and always set protective measures such as an equity stop.
• Automated trading is affected by market gaps, liquidity, slippage, latency and broker execution policies; actual fills may deviate from expectations. Losses can escalate quickly in extreme conditions.
• You may disable automation or close positions manually at any time; doing so does not affect existing stop-loss/take-profit on open positions.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Broker closures, network outages, third-party supplier failures (including AI providers) or maintenance may cause data delays or suspension. The Platform will use reasonable efforts to restore service but is not liable for resulting trading losses.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose;
• Sharing codes, bulk resale, circumventing or cracking access controls;
• Attacking, scraping data from, or interfering with the Platform, its suppliers or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, copy, trademarks (including Kirin AI / 金鳞上将) and aggregated data of the Platform are owned by the Platform. You receive a limited, non-transferable, subscription-period license only — not any ownership.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Platform is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses; and the total liability connected to such losses is capped at the fees you actually paid for the current subscription term. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination & Suspension

Violation of these Terms (in particular code sharing, payment fraud or attacks) entitles the Platform to suspend or terminate immediately without refund; service also stops automatically upon expiry without renewal.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Platform may update these Terms and publish them on this page; material changes will be announced in-app within a reasonable period. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall be referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its then-applicable rules.
